What does the hiring process look like?

Most roles have three stages: a screening call with our talent team, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final conversation with the wider team, sometimes with a short practical exercise.

How long until I hear back?

We review every application and aim to reply within two weeks of the closing date, whether or not you progress to interview.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes. If several roles match your experience, apply to each one separately so each hiring manager sees your application.

Do you offer flexible or hybrid working?

Office-based and technology roles can usually work flexibly. Site and plant roles are on-site by nature, with shift patterns agreed during the hiring process.

Do you consider candidates from outside Malaysia?

For many roles, yes. Where a position requires relocation, we discuss work permits and relocation support with shortlisted candidates.
