Join our engineering team in Shah Alam to design, test and improve the components and systems our divisions build and service.

Job Overview

You will take engineering work from first concept through validation and into production, working to the same standards across every plant. The role covers design reviews, supplier technical approval and the root-cause work that keeps quality improving year on year.

Your Role & Impact

Your decisions will shape the reliability of products that customers depend on daily. You will work alongside manufacturing and aftersales teams, turning field data into design changes, and mentor junior engineers as the division grows its capability.

Professional Profile

You hold a degree in engineering and several years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting. You are rigorous with documentation, comfortable with modern CAD and simulation tools, and able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-engineers.
