Singapore - Contract

Join our operations team in Singapore to run safe, efficient sites and supply chains that deliver on time, every time.

Job Overview

You will manage day-to-day operations against clear targets for safety, quality, delivery and cost. The role involves planning, people leadership and continuous-improvement work on the shop floor and across the supply chain.

Your Role & Impact

You will directly influence how reliably the group serves its customers. By applying the same systems and safety discipline used on every Glide site, you will lift performance and develop the teams around you.

Professional Profile

You bring experience in manufacturing, logistics or plant operations, ideally with lean or similar improvement methods. You lead by example on safety, communicate clearly and stay calm when plans change.

Office-based and technology roles can usually work flexibly. Site and plant roles are on-site by nature, with shift patterns agreed during the hiring process.
